Settling in
So it's been a busy week or so around here. We've been in the new house since last Friday night, and it's starting to feel like home. The movers did a great job getting the big stuff into the house on Saturday, and we've made several trips back to the old place to get more of the "little" stuff. We still have a few trips to go, but the great thing is that we're able to actually find places for things here instead of just putting things away "just for now."
I didn't get the computer hooked up until last night, and the new internet account wasn't working until this morning. I have lots to catch up on, but can't get too distracted from the job at hand.
Nice to be "back", though.

nice to have you back as well.
Welcome back!
:)
Don'tcha wish there had been a bigger break in the rain for your move...?
I'm so glad you have your internet back--I've missed you--I've started Peculiar People--and love it! (It's a THICK book--and I am not reading it fast--however, you probably read the whole thing in 3 hours right?!!)
You like Dean Koontz novels? I read "Cold Fire" several years ago. It was so good I didn't sleep and had it read in a day.
Thanks for dropping a comment on my blog! God bless!
