My friend Jim is asking for prayers for his brother, Wayne. Wayne was just diagnosed with prostate cancer a few days ago. Wayne has left for a 2-week mission trip to the Ukraine and is supposed to have surgery when he returns. Please pray for him and his entire family.

If you're a mommyblogger, you may already know about Heather. Heather is a web/blog designer and homeschool mom of 3. She has already been through more than most of us... giving birth to a child who had a heart transplant at the age of 5 months, and who has been diagnosed with autism. Heather just found out that she has a glioma, a brain tumor, which may or may not be operable. There are many unknowns; she is awaiting an appointment at the Mayo Clinic in 2 weeks. Take time to back up and read about the progression of this story from the beginning.... you will be touched, amazed, convicted of those times your faith has faltered.
